基于单片机技术和蓝牙技术的新型智能空调

一部家电配有一个遥控器的模式普遍存在,但经常因为到处找不到遥控器而导致家电无法使用的情况给人们生活带来很多不便,针对这一情况,以家电空调为例,使用手机"蓝牙串口"APP控制蓝牙模块,以单片机为媒介,利用DS18B20温度传感器采集温度,与预设温度进行对比来自动调节温度.STC15F2K60S2单片机通过DS18B20采集温度信号,处理后将温度值与上位机(手机)设定值作比较.单片机控制空调的工作,并且通过蓝牙传给上位机显示当前温度.     

贵阳市马铃薯耕层土壤养分丰缺指标建立初探

通过开阳县、修文县、息烽县在测土配方施肥项目中开展22组"3414"的肥效试验,了解氮、磷、钾缺素区马铃薯相对产量与土壤氮磷钾养分含量之间的相关关系,拟合对数方程,初步探索建立贵阳市马铃薯土壤养分丰缺指标。结果表明,以极缺乏、缺乏、适宜、最适宜、丰富、极丰富6级划分标准,马铃薯土壤有效氮丰缺指标为小于42 mg/kg、42~59 mg/kg、59~84mg/kg、84~118 mg/kg、118~168 mg/kg、大于168 mg/kg,有效磷丰缺指标为小于11 mg/kg、11~19 mg/kg、19~35 mg/kg、35~49 mg/kg、49~66 mg/kg、大于66 mg/kg,速效钾丰缺指标为小于22 mg/kg、22~43 mg/kg、43~83 mg/kg、83~192 mg/kg、192~219 mg/kg、大于219 mg/kg,均高于第次土壤普查分级标准,氮肥施用对马铃薯的增产效果优于磷肥和钾肥。     

Bioinformatics Analysis of gB Gene of Porcine Lymphotropic Herpesviruses Strain GD27

The glycoproteins B (gB) gene of porcine lymphotropic herpesviruses 2 (PLHV-2)was amplified by PCR and sequenced, then bioinformatics analysis were conducted. The gB protein was composed of 876 amino acids, the molecular formula was C₄₅₀₀H₆₉₇₅N₁₁₉₉O₁₃₅₁S₄₀, the molecular mass was 100.77 ku, the value of theoretical isoelectric point was 6.45, and the instability index was 38.58. The prediction of secondary structure revealed that some alpha helixes and beta sheets exist in protein while random coil was major pattern. It had a signal peptide in the position 1-39 amino acids and a transmembrane helice in the position 761-780 amino acids. It contained several prosites and several intrinsically disordered proteins. Tertiary structure model of gB protein showed a fusion loop. Multiple antigenic epitope located in gB through comprehensive analysis prediction method. It was suggested that gB gene could be as a candidate antigen for vaccination of PLHV-2.     

青天葵总黄酮抗氧化及抑菌活性

以青天葵为试材,乙醇为溶剂,对青天葵进行总黄酮提取;采用清除羟自由基、DPPH自由基、超氧阴离子自由基和测定总还原能力的方法来评价青天葵总黄酮抗氧化活性;并通过测定其对6种试验菌的最低抑菌浓度来考察其抑菌活性。结果表明:青天葵黄酮提取液对羟自由基的清除优于同浓度的抗坏血酸溶液,清除DPPH自由基的IC50是17.4μg·mL~(-1),清除超氧阴离子自由基的IC50是95.5μg·mL~(-1),还原能力稍弱于抗坏血酸;对白色念珠球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和肺炎克雷伯氏菌的抑制作用较强,最低抑菌浓度均为0.25mg·mL~(-1)。

紫玉兰对模拟酸雨的胁迫响应

以1a生盆栽紫玉兰实生苗为试验材料,采用人工模拟酸雨的方法观测酸雨胁迫时紫玉兰的生长情况及其生理响应。结果表明:pH 3.5是酸雨对紫玉兰叶片隐性伤害的临界点。在轻度酸雨(pH3.5)胁迫下,随着酸雨酸度增加,紫玉兰叶片内可溶性蛋白含量增加,超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性随酸度增加而增加;当pH3.5时,随酸度增加,可溶性蛋白含量有所下降,SOD、POD活性急剧下降。相关性分析表明,紫玉兰叶片内过氧化氢酶活性与丙二醛含量呈显著负相关。     

Dihydroartemisinin enhances radiotherapy efficiency in H22 cell tumor-bearing mice by regulating PI3K/AKT signaling pathway

AIM To study the effect of dihydroartemisinin （DHA） on the radiotherapy efficiency in hepatocellular carcinoma H22 cell tumor-bearing mice and the role of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase （PI3K）/protein kinase B （AKT） signaling pathway in this process. METHODS A model of H22 cell tumor-bearing mice was established. The mice was divided into model group， single radiotherapy group， 5-fluorouracil （5-FU） group， and low-， medium- and high-dose DHA groups. The body weight and tumor volume in each group were measured every other day. At the end of administration， blood was collected from the tail of the mice and the animals were killed by neck removal immediately. The synergistic effect of DHA on radiotherapy was determined， and tumor growth inhibitory rate was calculated. The degree of lymphocyte transformation and natural killer （NK） cell activity were measured by MTT， the serum levels of interleukin-2 （IL-2） and IL-4 were measured by ELISA， and the protein levels of PI3K， AKT and p-AKT were determined by Western blot. RESULTS The H22 cell tumor-bearing mouse model was successfully constructed. Compared with model group， the TGT₃ （tumor growth time to reach 3 times of volume） of single radiotherapy group was remarkably increased （P<0.05）， while tumor weight， lymphocyte transformation degree， NK cell activity， IL-2 and IL-4 levels， PI3K protein level and AKT phosphorylation level were remarkably decreased （P<0.05）. Compared with single radiotherapy group， TGT₃， EF （enhancement factor）， tumor inhibitory rate， lymphocyte transformation degree， NK cell activity， IL-2 level and IL-4 level were increased with the increase in DHA dose （P<0.05）， and the PI3K protein level and AKT phosphorylation level were decreased （P<0.05）. CONCLUSION DHA may enhance the immunity of tumor-bearing mice by inhibiting the activity of PI3K/AKT signaling pathway， thereby enhancing the efficacy of radiotherapy.     

四川省毒害植物——紫茎泽兰调查报告

紫茎泽兰是恶性毒害植物，已传入攀枝花市和凉山州两地１４县３区１市，分布面积３７５１６０ｈｍ２，每年以２０～３０ｋｍ的速度向北向东传播。其繁殖能力和侵占性极强，是农、林、牧业生产的大敌，应采取切实可行的方法，发动群众，人人动手，把防除与开发利用结合起来，开展综合防治。     

全膜覆土穴播粒数对紫花苜蓿生产性能的影响

采取随机区组排列的方式,设置3种不同穴播粒数,对陇中苜蓿和岩石进行生长高度、产草量、茎叶比、粗蛋白含量等指标测定,结果表明:穴播粒数为14时,陇中苜蓿和岩石的生长高度表现较为突出,鲜草产量分别为43 404.5kg/hm~2和47 436.9kg/hm~2,显著高于其它两个处理;在品质方面也表现较好,粗蛋白含量分别为15.33%和14.74%。综合评价全膜覆土穴播苜蓿14为最佳穴播粒数。
